How to Refer a Young Person
Email Referral
Send the young person’s details + financial plan to BELIT using: Simple Email Referral Format

Pricing Overview
Admin fee: $200 per young person
Coordination fees: $10–$40 depending on service
Margins: 5–15% on goods/services
Packages available (driving, employment, education)
Purpose of Consent
BELIT requires consent to coordinate services, communicate with providers, and share necessary information with the referring agency and DCJ.
BELIT may:
- Contact service providers
- Book lessons, courses, or appointments
- Purchase approved items
- Share updates with the caseworker
- Provide invoices and receipts
- Track progress toward goals
BELIT will not:
- Share information outside the OOHC team
- Make decisions without approval
- Access unrelated personal information
